USING A CD?
- You can install Ubuntu from a CD. Here’s what you need to do:
- Put the CD/DVD drive into CD ROM.
- Then Restart your computer. You should see a welcome screen prompting you to choose your language and giving you the option to install Ubuntu 12.04 iso download.
- If facing issue to get a menu, please search the boot from CD ROM key.
USING A USB DRIVE?
- Most of the new computer systems do not have the CD-ROM. So need to install an operating system from USB.
- Make USB bootable and install the ISO file in USB. For installation of OS in the computer/laptop system.
- Restart the computer system, boot from USB.
- Press F12 key to bring up the boot menu, then boot from USB.
PREPARE TO INSTALL UBUNTU:
- Make sure your system is plugged into a power source.
- Also, make sure you have enough space on your computer to install Ubuntu 16.04 32 bit.
- You should also stay connected to the wired internet so you can get the latest updates while you install OS.
